We are the European Network of Business Travel Associations and we call ourselves BT4Europe | Business Travel for Europe for short.
Across Europe business travel is of vital importance to businesses, public institutions and NGOs. We are the voice of those who buy business travel services and those who travel.
Our mission
In Europe the leading National Business Travel Associations are united through BT4Europe to empower the local, regional and pan-European representation of the business travel industry with a clear focus on the customer journey of the business traveler.
We represent buyers and users of business travel services on an European level. We give a unique voice to thousands of corporations which buy business travel and millions of business travelers across Europe.
We are a non-profit membership association.
Our vision
On behalf of our members – business travel associations across Europe – we build a bridge between users of business travel and decision makers in governments, legislation, and other institutions.
BT4Europe is fully committed to constantly promoting and supporting European legislation to better enable sustainable business travel with its undeniable positive effects on the European economy.
BT4Europe wants to enable and promote business travel’s digital transformation into a more sustainable future. Knowledge sharing between the associations and education for the members of the national associations are other key pillars of BT4Europe’s foundation.

Our objectives
The members of the European Network of Business Travel Associations all have focus on the buyer-perspective of business travel and wish to influence decisions that involve issues related to this.
Our actions in 2022 will be focused on 4 areas; laying the foundation to research the facts and figures of business travel in Europe, support the recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, promote sustainable business travel and digital transformation of our industry.

Our direct members are business travel associations in European countries. Please see the ‚About Us‘ section for our current membership.
We are open for new direct members who qualify as buyer-led business travel associations in Europe.
We are also open for business partners outside of the direct member category to support BT4Europe.
These business partners can become partners or affiliate members of BT4Europe.
Our partners and affiliate members support our work financially and through their expertise
